胸腺肽对肿瘤化疗病人骨髓抑制的防治作用

The effects of Thyrosin on prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy in malignancies

目的观察胸腺肽对肿瘤化疗病人骨髓抑制的影响。方法27例肿瘤化疗病人接受胸腺肽治疗,化疗前1-4天胸腺肽100mg+0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,化疗结束后1-4天,同样剂量的胸腺肽静脉滴注。对照组29例病人化疗前后均未予胸腺肽治疗。结果治疗组27例病人化疗后WBC下降最低值均数为3.13±0.54×109/L,ANC下降的最低值均数为1.82±0.73×109/L。对照组29例病人化疗后WBC下降最低值均数为2.18±0.64,ANC下降的最低值均数为1.31±0.51×109/L。两组比较P<0.05。结论胸腺肽对肿瘤化疗病人的骨髓抑制具有防治作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Thyrosin on prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy in malignancies. Methods 27 eases of malignancies who underwent chemotherapy received medication of Thyrosin for prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression, 100mg Thyrosin diluted in 250ml normal saline solution was intravenously dripped on 1-4 days before and after chemotherapy. 29 cases of malignancies who were randomly selected as control received no Thyresin neither before or after chemotherapy, Results The average values of the lowest WBC and ANC counts in the 27 cases of study group after chemotherapy were 3.13 ± 0.54×10^9/L and 1.82±0.73×10^9/L respectively, while those of the control group were 2.18±0.64 and 1,31±0.51×10^9/L with P〈0.05 in statistical comparison between the two groups. Conclusions Thyrosin can be used as preventive and therapeutic agent in bone marrow depression caused by chemotherapy in malignancies.
