阿司匹林对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病血清C-反应蛋白水平的干预以及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)与不同临床类型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CoronaryAtheroscleroticHeratDisease,CAHD)的关系,以及阿司匹林对CRP水平的干预作用。方法前瞻性地对首次确诊的96例不同类型的CAHD与23例对照者抽取空腹静脉血,测定血清CRP;96例CAHD给予30d的阿司匹林肠溶片口服(每日100mg)后再次测量血清CRP。结果初诊患者与对照组相比,各组CAHD的CRP均有不同程度地升高,其中急性心肌梗死组与不稳定型心绞痛组升高最为显著(P<0.05);口服30d阿司匹林肠溶片后,各组CAHD的CRP均有不同程度地降低,其中急性心肌梗死组与不稳定型心绞痛组降低最为显著(P<0.05),但仍显著高于对照组。结论血清CRP与CAHD的发生、进展及不良事件的产生相关,口服阿司匹林可通过降低血清CRP,减少CAHD不良事件的发生。 Objective To explore the relation between C-reactive protein(CRP) and coronary atherosclerotic herat disease(CAHD), and investigate the intervention of aspirin to the level of CRP. Methods There were 96 cases of CAHD and 23 cases of control whose serum CRP were detected prospectively, and 30 days of aspirin (1130 mg/d) were given to CAHD before the second CRP detection. Results On contrast to control group, the level of CRP was higher in all four types of CAHD when preliminary, diagnosis was determined, among which acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and unstable angina pectoris(UAP) were much more higher(P〈0.05). After 30 days of aspirin, the level of CRP in all CAHD decreased, among which there was significant decrease in AMI and UAP groups. Conclusions The level of CRP influences the occurrence, progress and risk of AMI about CAHD, and aspirin may decrease the probability of AMI by cutting down the level of CRP.
