经皮穿刺扩张气管造口术与传统气管切开术的对比研究

The compare of transcutaneous tracheostomy and traditional trachealaryngotomy

目的研究经皮穿刺扩张气管造口术与传统气管切开术两种手术的不同特点。方法42例病人根据气管切开方式不同分为两组,Ⅰ组(n=19)应用经皮穿刺扩张气管造口术,Ⅱ组(n=23)采用传统气管切开术,记录两组病人在切开手术时间、出血量、切口大小、置管后气囊破裂等及术中生命体征变化作统计学分析。结果Ⅰ组比Ⅱ组具有手术时间短、出血少,可减少感染,气管损伤小及术中生命体征变化小等优点。结论Ⅰ组比Ⅱ组有明显优势,但两组手术的并发症发生率无明显差异。

Objective To study the different characteristics between the transcutancous tracheestomy and the traditional trachealarynbgotomy. Methods Among the 42 patients, according to the operation way were divided into two, group Ⅰ （n=19） with transcutaneous trachcostomy, and group Ⅱ （n=23） chose the traditional trachealaryngotomy. The operation time, the amout of bleeding, the size of incision, the ruptured air-pockets, and the vital signs intra-operation all were monitered. Results The operation-time, bleeding, infection, windpipe damage and the change of the vital signs intra-operation in group Ⅰ were less than in the group Ⅱ. Conclusions The group I was more superior. But the complications has no significant difference.
