从理论上分析,中小企业融资难是因为资金需要方与供给方的信息不对称造成的,是一个世界性的问题。中小企业自身先天不足及现行的金融体制进一步增加了我国中小企业的融资难度。文章对中小企业融资难的成因进行了深度剖析,便于有针对性地找到解决问题的办法。

Theoretically,the financing difficulties of the small and medium businesses results from the information asymmetry between funds demanders and providers ,which is a common problem in the world.But in china ,this problem is especially serious becuse of congenital deficiency of the small and medium businesses and the fauliness of finance system.The thesis focuses on the analysis of the reasons of the financing difficulties.
