摘要
目的了解T、B细胞在过敏性哮喘发病中的相互作用,可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、淋巴细胞膜白细胞介素-2受体(IL-2R/CD+25)和IgE抗体Fc段低亲合力受体(FcεRⅡ/CD+23)表达增强与气道高反应性(AHR)的关系。方法对31例过敏性哮喘患者和12名健康人抗原吸入激发前后进行了肺功能测定,并检测了血清sIL-2R、总IgE(TIgE)、特异IgE(sIgE)和CD+23、CD+25细胞百分率。结果激发后哮喘患者与激发前和健康组比较sIL-2R(r=5.719,5.647,P<0.01)、TIgE(r=6.306,7.218P<0.01)和CD+23(X2=23.42,18.56P<0.01)、CD+25(X2=27.59,15.28P<0.01)细胞百分率均明显高于激发前和健康组;一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中段流速(MMF)、最大呼气流量(PEF)和比气道传导率(sGaw)均较其基础值明显下降,而气道阻力(Raw)则明显增高。并分别与激发前和健康组相比差异均非常显著(P<0.01)。sIL-2R分别与FEV1、sGaw呈显著负相关(r=-0.573?
