矿渣与磷石膏配制低热微膨胀早强水泥的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 实现矿渣的综合利用和改进水泥性能。方法 研究矿渣的活性、细度、掺量及磷石膏对生产低热微膨胀早强矿渣水泥性能的影响,并试验研究该水泥的其它性能。结果 控制矿渣细度sb=382-450m^2/kg,水泥熟料细度sb=310m^2/kg,矿渣掺入量为50%~70%等工艺参数,通过磨料混合可制成425以上的低热微膨胀早强矿渣水泥。结论 矿渣可用于425以上的低热微膨胀早强水泥生产。 Aim To improve the effect of cement and make full use of micro-powder of slag. Method The effect of developing low heating temperature and micro-expansion of fast strength slag Portland cement was affected by the slag activity, fineness, dosage and phosphogypsum component. The hydration and harden mechanism was studied as well. Results The reswlts indicate that over 425^# low heating temperature micro-expansion of fast strength slag cement can be developed by taking combination grinding technology, controlling slag fineness (sb =382-450 m^2/kg), cement clinker fineness( sb =310 m^2/kg), and slag dosage for 50%-70%. Conclusion Micro-powder slag can be used in developing over 425^# low heating temperature micro-exPansion of fast strength slag cement.
