摘要
目的观察嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)受血小板激活因子(PAF)激活脱颗粒过程中对血管内皮细胞(EC)粘附性的动态改变。方法采用细胞微管吸吮实验系统对EOS与培养EC间的粘附性行单细胞定量测量。结果静息状态EOS与EC间的临界分离应力(Sc)为0.61±0.07kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),EOS经PAF处理30分钟内其Sc迅速上升至4.1±0.6kPa,延长处理时间未能持续提高EOS的粘附能力。结论EOS激活时的粘附性增加属快相反应,是活化EOS粘附于微血管壁进而浸润于气道粘膜下参与支气管哮喘气道慢性炎症发生、发展的重要基础。
