摘要
研究了不同截流分子量的膜组合用于处理糖蜜酒精废液,测定了通量、脱色率、COD的去除率。结果表明,糖蜜酒精废液经截流分子量为100000D a、10000D a、2500D a的超滤膜组合处理,效果较佳。其膜渗透通量大,稳定时间长,清洗容易,通量恢复率高。脱色率达92.97%,COD的去除率为65.72%。
The treatment of molasses alcohol slop by different multi-stage uhrafiltration membranes combined processes was studied while detecting parameters of permeate flux, decoloring degree, efficiency of removal COD. The result shows that combined process with membranes of the molecule weight cut off 100,000Da /10,000Da /2500Da is the most effective. The process has some advantage such as big permeate flux, long steady time, decoloring degree of 92.97%, removal efficiency of 65.72% for COD and high recovery efficiency of water flux, etc.
