广东眼镜蛇毒的柱层析分离及其组份的酶活力测定

Isolation of Enzymes by Chromatography and Activity Determination the Venom of Naja noja atra from Guangdong

应用柱层析法分离眼镜蛇毒,对各组份进行了蛋白水解酶、胆碱酯酶和磷脂酶A活力测定。结果表明,广东产的眼镜蛇毒与湖南产的眼镜蛇毒各组份三种酶活力的分布有所不同。

The venom of Naja naja atra from Guangdong was fractionted by chromatography. Proteolytic enzyme, cholinesterase and phospholipase A have been determined for each fraction. The results showed that the distribution of three enzymatic activities in the fractions is different from that of Naji naja atra from Guangdong and Hunan.
