摘要
中国是一个区域经济发展很不平衡的发展中国家。缩小地区之间发展差距,实现区域经济的协调发展,是牢固树立和认真落实科学发展观的必然要求。国防科技工业在促进西部大开发,实现区域经济协调发展战略中扮演着举足轻重的作用,坚持军地产、学、研技术合作创新是军地结合和军民互动的基本途径。
China is a developing country with very uneven regional economic development. It is the inexorable requirement of cultivating and carrying out the outlook of scientific development to reduce the distinction of regional development and fufil regional economic coordinated development. The western national defence industry has an important role of promoting and carrying aout western economic coordinated development. The basic path of combning war with civil industry is the cooperation of the war, and regional industry, univercities and science research institutions.
