摘要
会计类人力资源是会计师事务所的重要资源,会计事务所对所属人力资源的管理水平直接关系到事务所的内部质量控制、职业道德与员工素质教育、市场战略、形象、企业文化等。本文在揭示事务所人力资源管理存在问题的基础上,分析了事务所人力资源管理影响因素,提出了我国会计师事务所的人力资源管理策略。
The human resources are important resources of the accounting finns,, which directly connect with inside quality control, professional ethics, staff's quality- oriented education, market strategy, image, enterprise culture, etc. This text is on the basis of analysing the factors which influence the human resources, posting their problems. Then, we have proposed the human resources managemtn tactics of the accounting firm.
