摘要
A flame-heated puartz tube was utilized as an atomzer for atomic absorption spectrometric determination of lead with thermospary sampling.Under optimal conditions,a sensitivity enhancement factor of 92 was obtained in comparison with that of conventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Detection limits for lead was 3ng/mL compared with 80ng/mL by conventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The proposed method was applied for the determination of trace lead in a river water sample with recovery of 96-102%.
