Since 2004 in Dongjingcheng forestry bureau, according to the view of scientific develpment, the,new leaderes group practise a series of countermeasures to make the business successful development. Realizing self- innovation and quickly development in the direction of quickening management, protecting resource, reducing personnel, changing mechanism, developing substitute industry and doing something for people.
