淋球菌营养分型的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 营养分型是淋球菌最常见的分型方法之一,它是根据菌株对氨基酸等营养物质的需求不同而进行分类,其遗传学基础是菌株某一特殊生物合成途径中编码酶的基因缺陷。营养分型与血清分型、耐药性、质粒、临床特征均有一定关系,不同地区、时间、性别,营养型可不相同。这种分型方法稳定,重复性好,可用于监测疫情,追溯传染源及疗效评估,具有重要的流行病学意义。
