阳离子共聚物型有机微粒对松香及松香/石蜡混合物的乳化与分散作用 被引量:4

Emulsifying and Dispersing Effect of Cationic Copolymer Based Organic Microparticles on Rosin and Rosin/Paraffin-Wax Admixture

摘要 本文针对自制的阳离子共聚物型有机微粒对松香及松香/石蜡混合物的乳化与分散作用进行了研究。结果表明,阳离子共聚物型有机微粒能够在低分子表面活性剂的基础上对松香及松香/石蜡混合物起到十分有效的乳化与分散作用,且良好的乳化效果对于低分子表面活性剂的依赖性大大降低;单独采用阳离子共聚物型有机微粒对松香/石蜡混合物进行乳化时,冷却前可得到乳白色的胶料,冷却后胶料失稳而聚集;所得阳离子微粒乳化中性分散松香胶在0.5%~1.0%的用量范围内具有较好的施胶效果,且可适用于近中性抄纸体系。此外,本文还对胶料稳定性等进行了研究,结果表明,胶料稳定性随低分子表面活性剂用量的增加而提高,当低分子表面活性剂用量大于或等于4.0%时,可获得良好的贮存稳定性。 Emulsifying and dispersing effect of cationic copolymer based microparticles on rosin and rosin/ paraffin-wax was investigated in our work. The experimental results show that, the cationic copolymer based organic microparticle can give striking emulsifying and dispersing effect when combined with a small amount of low-molecular-weight surfactants. Coagulation phenomenon of rosin size particles after cooling treatment was observed when cationic copolymer based organic microparticle was applied in the emulsification process without the additional use of low-molecular-weight surfactants. Experimental results of sizing degree measurement show that, the microparticle-emulsified cationic rosin size can exhibit good sizing efficiency in the dosage range of 0.5% to 1.0%. Additionally, stability of microparticle-emulsified cationic rosin size was proved to be sensitive to the dosage of low-molecular-weight surfactants and could be improved with increasing dosage of low-molecular-weight surfactants. Excellent storage stability can be achieved when the dosage of low-molecular-weight surfactants is 4.0% or higher in our work.
