俄罗斯中小学教师培训受社会转型期经济原因的影响,教师整体素质与学校教育教学质量整体下降。对此,俄罗斯教育部门从法律、制度、教育、培训等方面制定了相应的策略,保证了中小学教师的培训质量。

Under the econcanic influence of Russian social transition, the elementary and secondary school teacher＇s training course suffers a lot; the teacher＇s qualification and school education quality degraded as a whole. Therefore, from aspects of law, social system, education and training , the Russian education departments put forward some corresponding strategies to ensure the training quality of elementary and secondary school teachers.
