师资不足条件下大学俄语教学的对策

On Proposals of College Russian Teaching under the Condition of Teacher Shortage

大学俄语教学中的诸多矛盾阻碍了教学目的的实现,其中,师资质量的低下和数量的不足与对俄语教学提出的高要求之间的矛盾日益突出。因此,应从转变观念及提高师资素质等方面找出对策,以解决这些矛盾,使大学俄语教学快速发展。

College Russian Teaching Reform is in the ascendant. Some Russian teachers are exploring teaching pattern, which can cultivate compound talents in order to meet the needs of the society. But many contradictions in College Russian teaching hindered the realization of the teaching aims, especially the low level of teaching quality and the teacher shortage. The contradictions between them and the high claims af the Russian teaching have shown in Russian teaching. Some proposals from converting conception to improving teaching quality are put forward in this thesis in order to solve these contradictions and accelerate the development of Russian teaching.
