摘要
对大众健美操课的基本概念、运动强度、密度、间歇时间,课程安排次数、教学内容、教学程序等结合高校女生的生理、心理特点进行分析,提出了怎样上好普通高校女子大众健美操课的建议。
Combining with physiological and psychological characteristic of college schoolgirls, the paper analyzed elements of the popular aerobics, such as conception, intensity and density of sport, intermission, degree of lesson, content and procedure of teaching, etc.
