摘要
对黄瓜幼苗全生育期进行弱光处理,结果表明,弱光能抑制黄瓜幼苗的生长发育,主要表现为植株干重降低、茎变细、产量降低.弱光下的黄瓜幼苗可溶性蛋白质含量及膜保护酶活性降低,膜脂过氧化水平增高.叶绿素含量及净光合速率明显降低,可能主要是由非气孔限制因素造成的.黄瓜植株不同处理之间的Fv/Fm差异不显著,说明光合作用PSⅡ原初光能转化效率尚未发生实质变化.弱光导致类胡萝卜素含量的下降,可诱发光抑制作用.不同的黄瓜品种对弱光胁迫的反应不同,Q21大于T94.
Cucumber seedlings were treated with weak light during the whole perfod of development, and the results show that growth and development of cucumber in spring greenhouse were inhibited by weak light obviously. In weak light, dry weight of plant decreased, stem became thin, and yield decreased, weak light made content of soluble protein and activities of membrane protective enzymes decrease. So high-lewel of membrane-lipid peroxidation occurred. In weak light, content of chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) decreased, and non-stomata factors were probably the main causes of Pn decrease. Fv/Fm of Cucumis satitus L. plant between different treatment didn't change distinctly, indicating that the original light energy converting efficiency of photosynthesis PSⅡ didn' t change practically. In weak light, content of carotenoid decreased, which induced photoinhibition. The reaction of different Cucumis satitus L. line to weak light was different. And the reaction of Q21 was stronger than that of T94.
