摘要
对金葛露及其改良产品在解酒保肝方面的作用进行初步探讨。方法:取SD大鼠40只,随机分成4组,分别为改良产品组、金葛露组、生理盐水组及空白对照组,灌胃30d后对各组进行ALT测定和病理切片观察。结果:与生理盐水组比较,空白对照组、改良产品组和金葛露组的ALT含量都存在极显著性差异;改良产品组和金葛露组的ALT含量存在显著性差异;生理盐水组病理切片肝损伤程度也高于改良产品组和金葛露组,空白对照组无肝损伤。结论:金葛露及其改良产品都具有明显的解酒保肝作用,其中改良产品效果更佳。
OBJECTIVE. Carries on the preliminary discussion to VECO and it's improvement product in the sober up and attendant liver aspect function. METHODS : Takes SD big mouse 40, stochastically divides into 4 groups, respectively be the improvement product group, VECO group, the physiological saline group and blank compare group, after fills stomach 30 day to carry on the ALT determination and the pathological section observation to each group. RESULTS: Compares with the physiological saline group, blank compare group, the improvement product group and VECO group's ALT content all has the extremely remarkable difference; the improvement product group and VECO group's ALT content has the remarkable difference; The physiological saline group pathological section liver extent of damage also is higher than the improvement product group and VECO group, blank compare group does not have the liver damage. CONCLUSION: VECO and it's improvement product has the obvious sobcr up and attendant liver function, and improvement product effect is better.
