摘要
企业成长是一国经济繁荣的基础。以往的企业成长因素理论由于关注于单独的一个因素而有失偏颇。实际上,企业的成长不仅涉及企业的能力、资源和所处的环境,而且其成长具有动态性。在动态的企业成长分析框架中,企业在成长中所不具备的能力、资源等是可以通过第三种作用机制从超边界的、动态的和灵活的互动中获得,企业的成长也在这个互动的过程中产生。
Firm growth is the foundation of a country ＇ s economic prosperity. Past theories of factors for firm growth are somewhat biased in that they concentrate on a single factor. In fact, firm growth concerns not only its competence, resources and environment, but also dynamics. In the dynamic framework of firm growth, firms can gain competence and resources it did not possess through the third mechanism from boundary - spanning, dynamic and flexible interactions ; firm growth is also born in the interactive process.
