摘要
采用化学复合法制备出氧化锌/水镁石复合阻燃剂,研究了制备工艺的主要影响因素,并通过正交试验法确定了适宜的工艺条件。与目前普遍采用的机械混合相比,此工艺能更好地实现阻燃剂间的均匀分散,发挥阻燃剂的协同效应。用此复合阻燃剂充填的EVA材料,氧指数可达41.8,拉伸强度达13.4MPa,断裂伸长率达193%,较表面未包覆的水镁石及水镁石与氧化锌机械混合样的应用性能有显著提高。
The author prepared Zinc Oxide/brucite composite flame-retardant with chemical compound technics and confirmed the major influence factors of the preparation bythe orthogonal experiment, Compared to the conventional mechanical mixing, the technics can better realize uniform dispersion of flame-retardants and synergistic action of fiarne-retardants, The EVA product filled with the composite retardant has superior flame retardaney (oxygen index 41.8) and mechanical properties (tensile strength 13.4 MPa, elongation at break 193%) than that with uncoated brueite and that with the physical mixture of ZnO and brucite.
