摘要 选择适合粉石英矿物特点的铝酸酯DL-411偶联剂和硅烷KH-570偶联剂作为改性剂,利用干法机械力化学改性,通过两种偶联剂之间相互缠绕和交联作用对粉石英进行复合改性,制备高品质的功能填料活性粉石英。复合改性后粉石英产品填充制品的力学性能,有很大的提高。当复合偶联剂用量为0.7%时[硅烷KH-570(g)∶铝酸酯DL-411(g)=1∶1],粉石英改性效果最好。 The article covered the process of powder quartz's surface modification by ester aluminate DL-411 and silane KH-570 compound coupiing agent. The powder quartz surface was modified through the method of mechanical chemistry, hoping to enhance the modification results through the function of more kinds of force. According to the interactions between these two coupling agents, active powder quartz high qualitative functional filler was synthesized. The mechanical properties of products filled with active powder quartz, which is modified with compound coupling agent, are promoted notably. Synthetic analysis indicates that the best modification result can be obtained by using 0.7% compound coupling agent, which the weight ratio of ester aluminate DL-411 to silane KH-570 is 1 : 1.
