目的探讨牛心脏传导系大体标本显示的方法和技巧。方法在解冻的24例新鲜黄牛心内膜下,利用墨汁灌注方法显示牛心传导系左、右束支及其Purkinje纤维网。结果牛心传导系左、右束支及其Purkinje纤维网显示清晰、色泽保存持久。结论墨汁灌注技术为心脏传导系形态学研究提供一种有效的方法。

Objective To observe the method and skill displayed in cardiac conduction system of gross specimens. Methods The Chinese ink was pea＇fused into sub- endocardium of 24 fresh bovine to display the cardiac conduction system＇s bundle branches and it＇s Purkinje fiber networks. Results The bovine cardiac conduction system＇ s bundle branches and its Purkinje fiber networks were clearly displayed, and the luster was preserved for a long time. Conclusion The technique perfused the Chinese ink into the cardiac conduction system provide.s an effective method to study the cardiac conduction system.
