射频热凝固治疗慢性宫颈炎

Radiofrequency ablation for treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的 探讨射频热凝固治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法 对90例慢性宫颈炎患者利用射频热凝固器直接接触病变部位使局部温度达55℃-85℃，使病变组织坏死、脱落。观察3个月进行疗效判断。结果 90例患者随访10周，其中宫颈糜烂10周内全部痊愈，治愈率100％；宫颈肥大患者均有不同程度缩小；宫颈息肉6例全部一次性治愈，16例宫颈腺囊肿8周内全部治愈。结论 射频热凝固治疗慢性宫颈炎具有其操作简单，易掌握，不宜损伤正常组织，治疗时间短，患者无痛苦，愈合快，痊愈后无瘢痕等优点。

Objective To investigate the curative effects radiofrequency（RF） ablation in treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods Ninety chronic cervicitis patients were treated with thermocoagulation of RF directly contacted the lesion to make the local temperature reach 55 ℃ --85 ℃, and make the lesion with pathological changes necrosis and ablation. The patients were observed for 3 months after therapy to observe curative effects. Results Ninety patients were followed - up for 10 weeks, and the healing rate was 100%. Cervical hypertrophy in patients decreased with different degree. Six cases of cervical polypus were removed once time and 16 cases of cervical adenocele were all healed in 8 weeks. Conclusion Thermocoagulation by RF is simple and easyly to be used, And it isn＇ t easy to damage normal tissues, Some advantages can be obtained including short time of therapy, no pain in course of treatment and no scar after healing.
