摘要
目的在心肌灌注断层显像定量分析软件的使用过程中,使正常人参考数据由最初的不区分性别、年龄阶段及民族逐渐过渡到区分得越来越细致。方法通过对参考数据组的命名,利用机器学习公式,根据拟采用数据之提供者的性别、年龄及所属民族,确定应刷新的参考数据组并刷新之。结果由最初的对任何患者都采用通用参考数据,逐步变得可根据患者性别、年龄及所属民族采用可靠性更高的专用参考数据。结论可在使用过程中进一步提高定量分析用参考数据的可靠性。
Objective To subdivide the quantitative analysis reference database along with the use of the software for myocardial perfusion computed tomography, make it takes into account gradually the sex, age and nationality information of data provider. Methods By giving each sub - database an exclusive name, basing on the sex. age and nationality information of the provider whose data is to be used, sub - databases to be refreshed can be selected out and be refreshed using machine learning formulas. Results At first, the software provides general sub - database for all patients, but step by step it can provide special sub - database that is more reliable by taking into account the sex, age and nationality information of the patient. Conclusion The reliability of the reference database can be improved along with the use.
