微创穿刺粉碎清除术治疗新生儿颅内出血22例 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价微创穿刺粉碎清除术治疗新生儿颅内出血的疗效。方法应用YL-1型一次性颅内血肿穿刺针,依据头颅CT片确定血肿中心的颅表定位,或CT下标记物协助定位,将针钻一体送入血肿中心,固定穿刺针,侧孔接引流管,抽吸血肿。术后1、3、5d复查CT。结果22例患儿经应用微创穿刺粉碎清除术治疗后19例治愈,死亡1例,发生后遗症2例,治愈率86.36%。结论微创穿刺粉碎清除术是治疗新生儿颅内出血的有效方法,早期诊断,及时碎吸治疗出血是提高疗效的关键。 Objective To evaluate efficacy of microinvasive puncturatio and crashing- suction for treatment of intracranial hemorrhage of newborn. Methods Using type YL- 1 intraeranial hematoma transfixion pin, location of hematoma center was performed according to CT of head or guidance by labeled CT, transfixion pin was completely placed into the hematoma center, transfixion pin was fixed and drainage tube was plaeed in the lateral hole for aspirating hematoma. Reexamination by CT at 1, 3 and 5 days after operation. Results Out of 22 cases, 19 cases were healed and 1 case was death, 2 eases occurred residual, the healing rate was 86.36 %. Conclusion Microinvasive puncturatio evacuation for the treatment of intracranial hemorrhage of newborn is effective method and the key point for improving efficacy were early diagnosis and adequate treatment for hemorrhage.
