腹腔镜经腹腔入路输尿管切开取石术17例

Transabdominal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for trealment of 17 patients with lithureteria

目的 探讨腹腔镜经腹腔入路输尿管切开取石术的技术要点及其疗效。方法 采用经腹腔入路腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术17例，术中游离出输尿管，找到结石，纵形剪开输尿管壁取出结石，输尿管内留置双J管，4-0可吸收线缝合切口2～3针，保留尿管及腹腔引流管。结果 17例手术均获成功，手术时间90～240min，平均110±10min，随访3个月～1年，无并发症。结论 腹腔镜经腹腔入路输尿管切开取石术，操作空间大，标志明显，安全，有效，创伤小，恢复快，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the methods and effect of transabdominal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. Methods Seventy cases of ureteral calculi were treated by laparoscopic ureterolithotomy. After discovering the ureter and incise it columnly, take out the calculi, then double J tube were inserted with lithureteria in the ureteroith, sewing up the ureteral for 2 - 3 needle at last. The ureter was remained,and abdominal cavity drain tube was set. Results Success has been achieved in all 17 cases. Operation time ranged from 90 to 240 min, with a mean tirae of 110 ± 10 min. All patients were followed up for 3 monthes, and no relative complications occurred. Conclusion The transabdominal laparoscopic ureterothotomy have advantages of little injury and quick recovery.
