摘要 目的探讨自体静脉移植术后血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)早期应答基因的变化。方法利用显微外科技术制作64只大鼠颈动脉自体静脉移植模型,采用免疫组织化学染色方法观察VSMC增殖与c-mycc、-fosc、-jun的变化。结果手术后2 h即可出现c-myc、c-fos、c-jun阳性表达,且c-fosc、-jun于移植后6 h达到高峰,c-myc于手术后1周达到高峰。结论c-mycc、-fosc、-jun表达状态与VSMC的增殖状态密切相关,对VSMC的增殖起到调控作用,尤其是始动阶段。 Objective To investigate the changes of immediate- early response gene (c-fos, c-myc, c-jun) in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) after autogenous vein grafts. Methods Autogenous transplanting vein models for 60 rats were developed. The changes of vascular VSMC proliferation and immediate- early response, se gene were detected by using immunohistochemstry technique.Results Expression of c-fos, c-jun, c-myc was observed at 2 h after the grafting. Expression of c-fos, c-jun peaked at 6 h after the grafting and c-myc at 1 week.Conclusion Expression status of c- fos, c-myc, c-jun is closely related to VSMC proliferation and regulates for it, particularly in the initial stage.
