摘要
将氧化铝纤维增强铝基复合丝(AF/Al)的原始试样和经过热暴露、热循环处理的试样分别在3.5%NaCl水溶液、0.05mol/L稀盐酸、1%Na2CO3水溶液中进行腐蚀试验,观察试样的腐蚀现象,并进行显微分析,探讨氧化铝纤维增强铝基复合丝在盐碱酸三种溶液中的腐蚀机理,研究了热处理对其腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,该复合丝在三种溶液中均有腐蚀发生,在盐、碱溶液中腐蚀较轻;热处理对复合丝腐蚀行为影响不明显。
The corrosion behavior and mechanism of Al2O3 fiber reinforced aluminium composite wires(AF/Al wires) were studied by corrosion tests and microscopy in three kinds of solutlon(3. 5% NaCl, 0. 05mol/L diluted HCl and 1% Na2CO3 respectively) and in three states(primary state, hot exposure and thermal cycle respectively). The influence of heat treatment on the corrosion behavior of AF/Al wires was also discussed.
