摘要
热力设备的停备用腐蚀防护是日常工作之一,目前保护的方法有多种,采用有机成膜缓蚀剂来抑制停用时的腐蚀,是一种操作简便、行之有效的方法。研究中采用含氮杂环类化合物、乌洛托平、硫脲和炔醇等复配了气液成膜缓蚀剂,并应用高压釜试验手段,对其缓蚀效果进行了实验室试验评估。结果表明这种缓蚀剂在金属表面成膜均匀,憎水性好,符合实际生产要求。
Corrosion prevention of thermodynamic equipment during its shutdown time is one of the daily tasks. Nowadays, there are many ways for its prevention. Among them, utilizing corrosion inhibitor is a simple and effective way. In this work, film forming composite corrosion inhibitors were evaluated by high pressure experiments.
