鼻咽癌CT表现与癌细胞核DNA含量的关系

Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: Correlation Between CT Findings and DNA Content

目的：从ＣＴ像上判断鼻咽癌的恶性度。材料与方法：将８１例鼻咽癌ＣＴ表现分为：鼻咽腔生长为主型、邻近超腔生长型、远腔生长型。用流式细胞仪（ｆｌｏｗｃｙｔｏｍｅｔｒｙ，ＦＣＭ）检测癌细胞核脱氧核糖核酸（ＤＮＡ）的含量，将鼻咽癌ＣＴ分型与ＤＮＡ倍体和增殖周期指数之间的关系进行分析。结果：随着癌肿向鼻咽腔深层蔓延，其非整倍体率逐渐升高，二倍体率逐渐降低，说明鼻咽癌ＣＴ所表现的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型，其恶性程度呈递增趋势。结论：从ＣＴ表现来评估鼻咽癌，对于指导放疗设野、设置放射剂量。

Objective: In order to judge the malignant degree of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) from CT findings.Materials and Methods: Evaluate the CT findings of 81 cases with NPC which can divided into 3 types: (Ⅰ) growth in the nasopharyngeal cavity predominantly, (Ⅱ) growth exceeding to the adjacent of cavity, and (Ⅲ) growing far away the cavity, and analyse the correlation between the DNA ploid and proliferative index detected by flow cytometry and NPC type.Results: According to the tumor spreading into the deep layer of nasopharynx, the aneuploid rate increased and the diploid rate decreased. It showed that the malignant degree of type Ⅰ,Ⅱ, and Ⅲ in CT findings increased progressively. Conclusion: The CT findings were of significance in guiding radiotherapeutic field, design, dosage, and judging the prognosis of NPC. [HJ5mm〗
