摘要
应用近红外光谱法测定了与茶叶品质密切相关的茶多酚、氨基酸及咖啡碱三类化合物。用PLS计算法建立了表示上述组分的二阶导数近红外光谱与其含量间关系的分析模型。根据相关分析模型计算所得的组分含量的结果与用国家标准方法测得的对应组分的含量达到一致。所提出的方法可作为评定茶叶品质的快速方法。
NIR spectrometry was applied to the determination of polyphenols, amino acids and caffeines in tea, the contents of which are closely related to the quality of tea. PLS algorithm was applied in the establishment of analytical models showing the relationships between the 2nd derivatives of NIR spectra with the contents of the respective components mentioned above. The results calculated by these analytical models were found to be in consistency with the values determined by the GB standard methods. The proposed method was proved to be feasible as a rapid method for qualification of tea.
