摘要
分析了影响原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定水溶液中银的主要因素,并对其所引起的不确定度分量进行评估。对含银0.10~2.00 mg·L-1的水溶液,置信水平95%时,测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.020 mg·L-1,有效自由度为50。
The main factors, affecting the accuracy of the FAAS determination of silver in aqueous solution were discussed, and the uncertainties of measurements caused by these factors in the determination were evaluated. An expanded uncertainty of 0. 020 mg ·L^-1 , at 95% confidencel level and with an effective degree of freedom of 50, was obtained in the determination of 0.10 to 2.00 mg· L^-1 of silver.
