对连铸坯经轧制后的5140圆钢在不同时间段的超声波探伤结果不一致的现象进行了研究,得出了钢在不良缓冷状态下应力释放产生的裂纹扩展现象对超声波探伤的结果有明显影响,并给出了防止应力裂纹产生的方法和保证探伤结果准确性的措施。

The differences of the results of the ultrasonic testing in the different time had been analyzed for the steel 5140 which were produced by rolling of continuous casting billet, It was obtained that the effects of the stress cracks expanding in the steel 5140 on results of the ultrasonic testing were obvious. The methods of solving the problem have been provided in the same time.
