摘要
通过公式推导和试验的方法,对磁粉探伤中的旋转磁场进行了研究,分析了磁粉探伤中使用的交叉线圈和交叉磁轭旋转磁场的形成机理及特点,并对交叉线圈和交叉磁轭在实际探伤中的各项性能指标及使用方法和应用进行了探讨。
The rotational field in magnetic particle testing was studied through formula deduction and testing method. Depending on the analysis of the formation and characteristics of rotational field, the capability index and operation method of magnetic cross coil and yoke in actual testing were discussed.
