Progress in Respiratory Syncytial Virus Vaccine Development

摘要 呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是引起婴幼儿下呼吸道感染以及造成婴儿期住院的主要原因。RSV疫苗的研制已有40余年的历史,最初儿童接种福尔马林灭活疫苗后再次感染RSV的病情比未接种更加严重;减毒活疫苗在遗传稳定性上存在问题;以纯化的F蛋白和G蛋白研制的部分亚单位疫苗已进入前期临床或临床试验阶段,由于亚单位疫苗接种后可能会诱导辅助性T细胞(Th)2优势,研究者试图利用佐剂来诱导Th1/Th2的平衡;基因工程疫苗和核酸疫苗尚处于动物实验阶段。
