Wider variances in the detection of bobbin diameter of cigarette paper in Super 9 cigarette making machine caused a waste of cigarette paper and affected machine efficiency. By changing the detecting point, the second bobbin diameter of cigarette paper was stably controlled and easy to be adjusted. The consumption of cigarette paper was reduced, the reliability of cigarette paper splicing was ensured.
