皖南地区汉人血管紧张素转化酶基因插入/缺失的研究

Exploration on angiotensin converting enzyme gene insertion/deletion in Han people from south Anhui

目的:探讨皖南地区汉人血管紧张素转化酶基因(ACE)插入/缺失(I/D)的存在状况。方法:利用PCR技术分析102例皖南地区汉人ACE基因型。结果:皖南地区汉人ACE基因型频率分别为:DD47.06%,ID39.22%,II13.72%;等位基因D频率:66.67%,等位基因I频率:33.33%。结论:皖南地区汉人等位基因频率、基因型频率与重庆地区汉人比较具有显著差异;与科威特人、土耳其高加索人比较不具有差异性。

Objective ：To explore I/d polymorphism of the angiotensinconverting enzyme（ACE） gene existing in the residents of Hun people from south Anhui province. Methods ： The ACE genotypes in 102 cases of the residents were analyaed by using PCR- Results ： The frequencies of ACE genotypes in muth Anhui residents were DD 47.06%, ID 39.22% and 11 13.72% respectively; the allele frequency of D was 66.67 % and 33.33 % for allele frequency of 1. Conclusion ： Highly significant difference has been found in allele frequency and genotype fre quency between ,south Anhui residents and Chongqing＇s, but there is no difference when compared with Kuwaiti and Turkey＇s Caucasian.
