MMP-3、TGF-β_1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP3)和转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)检测30例异位子宫内膜组织和30例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中MMP3、TGFβ1的表达情况。结果:在异位子宫内膜组织的间质细胞MMP3呈高表达状态,与正常子宫内膜相比,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。TGFβ1在异位子宫内膜组织的间质细胞及腺上皮细胞中均有表达,较正常对照组增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MMP3、TGFβ1在子宫内膜异位症中的表达明显高于正常子宫内膜,提示MMP3、TGFβ1可能与子宫内膜异位症发生、发展有关。 Objective : To explore the role of matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-β1) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis ( EMs ). Methods : Immunohistochemical method (SABC) was employed to detect the expression of MMP-3 and TGF-β1 in eetoplc endometrial tissues from women with endometriosis(30 cases) and the normal controls(30 cases) . Results : The expressions of MMP- 3 and TGF-β1 in ectopic cndometrium with EMs were significantly high er than those of uterine endometrium from women without EMs( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The results indicate that MMP-3 and TGF-β1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of endometriosis.
