超声诊断先天性胎儿畸形38例分析

Ultrasonic diagnosis of congenital fetus malformation in 38 cases

目的:探讨产前超声诊断先天性胎儿畸形的声像图特征。方法:对门、急诊产前超声检查的3667例孕妇中发现并经引产或随访证实的38例先天性畸形胎儿的畸形种类、羊水量等进行回顾性分析。结果:38例先天性畸形胎儿中,发生率较高的依次为:脑积水、浆膜腔积液、前腹壁缺陷及胎儿水肿。在主要畸形存在的同时往往合并有其他畸形的存在,甚至是合并复杂的多系统畸形,而一些小的合并畸形较易漏诊。中枢神经系统畸形及消化系统畸形常合并有羊水过多。结论:产前超声检查可以较准确地发现先天性胎儿发育异常,避免无意义的继续妊娠,在优生学方面起着重要的筛选作用。

Objective ：To investigate the characteristics of prenatal ultra sonographic in diagnosing of congenital fetus malformation. Methods： Abnormality types and amniotic fluid amount and were analyzed retrospectively with 38 cases of congenital abnormalities fetus from 3 667 diagnosed cases of pregnant women who were undergone examination by prenatal uhrasonographie in out-patient and emergency clinic. All these 38 cases were confirmed by induced abortion or follow up. Results ： In these 38 cases , the incidence came with the order of hydrocephalus, serous cavity fluidify, anterior abdominal wall defect, fetal hydrops. The study also revealed that major malformation may occasionally complicate with other abnormalities such as complex multisystem abnormalities. Conclusion ： Prenatal ultrasonographic can expose congenital fetus malformation and play an important role in eugenics.
