血栓消融器在下肢深静脉血栓形成治疗中的应用 被引量:1

Evaluate the efficiency and safety of the Amplatz thrombectomy divice in acute thromboembolic occlusions of iliofemoral veins

摘要 目的:评价Amplatz血栓消融器(ATD)在急性下肢深静脉血栓形成介入治疗中的效用和安全性。方法:对病程1-9 d的17例髂股静脉血栓用ATD进行消融治疗。观察ATD的即刻疗效,分为治愈、显效、好转、无效4级。结果:17例ATD消融术的疗效为:6例治愈,4例显效,5例好转,2例无效。总有效率为88.2%。术中和术后无明显出血和溶血并发症。结论:ATD治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成安全有效。 Objective:To evaluate the efficiency and safety of the Amplatz thrombectomy divice (ATD) in acute thromboembolic occlusions of iliofemoral veins. Method:Seventeen cases presenting with acute thromboembolie occlusions of iliofemoral veins at 1 to 9 days underwent mechanical thrombolysis with ATD. The ATD treated blood vessels were graded on a scale of healing, excellence, improve and inefficacy. Result: The results of instant efficiency in 17 cases were analyzed, including of 6 cases healing, 4 cases excellence and 5 cases improve. The total efficiency (healing + excellence + improve) was 88%. No significant complications of bleeding and haematolysis in and after ATD were occurred. Conclusion:The ATD is an effective and safe procedure in the treatment for acute thromboembolic occlusions of iliofemoral veins.
