冠心病患者运动前后血浆丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者运动前后血浆丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化和意义。方法:随机选取冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者68例及对照组48例,测定2组人群运动前后血中MDA和SOD 含量及血脂并进行分析。结果:冠心病患者运动后血浆MDA含量升高而血浆SOD含量降低,对照组运动后1 h 血浆MDA和s0D含量无显著变化。冠状动脉狭窄程度越重血浆MDA含量越高而血浆SOD含量越低,差异有统计学意义。结论:运动降低冠心病患者的抗氧化能力且其抗氧化能力与冠状动脉狭窄程度成反比。 Objective:To explore the variation and meaning of plasma levels of malondiadehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) after exercise. Method: Sixtyight persons with CHD and 48 persens without CHD by cardloangiographyThe level of MDA and SOD in blood plasma with colorimetry at rest and 1 hour after exercise were determined. Result:The MDA increased and SOD decreased significantly after exercise in patients with CHD. The more severe the coronary artery disease was , the lower level of SOD and the higher level of MDA was ( P 〈0.01), The MDA and SOD levels of the control group had no significant changs after exercise. Conclusion:Exercise can reduce the antioxygenic potential in CHD , and the antioxygenic potential has a negative relationship with the severity of coronary artery disease.
