摘要 利用孤雌生殖诱导的方法对13个云南马铃薯主要栽培品种的双单倍体诱导频率进行研究,诱导获得27株马铃薯双单倍体。不同的四倍体母本影响着双单倍体诱导的频率,C、云选2号和Spunta等3个品种的诱导频率较高,可作为优良的双单倍体诱导亲本加以利用。从IVP101的自交后代中筛选出O01-9-3和O01-9-10两个比对照优良的授粉者,它们的诱导率分别为13.33/100果和7.14/100果,远高于对照IVP101的2.05/100果。 The frequency of parthenogenesis induction following the interspecific pollination of thirteen Yunnan potato varieties with nine pollinators was investigated. A total of 27 haploids were produced. The haploid frequency was affected by the genotype of the maternal parent. C, Yunxian No. 2, and Spunta had higher induction frequency than other varieties. They are the better maternal parents of haploid induction. The superior pollinators O01-9-3 and O01-9-10 had been selected. They had higher frequency, 13.33 and 7.14 haploids per 100 fruits, than the control IVP101, 2.05 haploids per 100 fruits.
