本文分析了电反馈(NFFB)半导体激光器(ILD)的稳定性,并研究了其调制和噪声特性的改善。
The stability of a semiconductor laser (LD) with electrical feedback(NFFB) is presented. Improvement of the modulation and noise propertics by NFFBis stuciet.
