脑膜瘤和瘤周脑水肿的CT表现与肿瘤病理特征的关系

Correlations between the related CT features of peritumoral edema and the pathology of meningiomas.

本文分析１３２例脑膜瘤的ＣＴ及病理学资料，探讨脑膜瘤和瘤周脑水肿的有关ＣＴ表现及其和组织学间的关系。发现大、中肿瘤呈不规则形、有低密度灶、非均一强化、无钙化灶者较易伴中、重度瘤周脑水肿，这些ＣＴ改变依间变型、非典型型和良性型顺序依次减少。显示肿瘤生长越活跃。

In order to investigate the correlations between the related CT features of the peritumoral edema and the pathology of meningiomas, the CT and pathological data of 132 cases with meningioma were studied. It was found that a tumor was often with mild or severe peritumoral edema if the tumor was giant or midium in size, nodulous or mushrooming like appearance, focal hypodensity or without calcification within the tumor. These changes were orderly reduced in anaplastic, atypical and benign type meningiomas. The more rapidly a tumor growed up, the more frequently to be seen the above CT features were and the more severe peritumoral edema were.
