摘要
目的:研究桔梗中微量元素含量及土壤中微量元素对桔梗药材道地性的影响。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法、冷原子荧光法、双道原子荧光法。结果与结论:不同产地的桔梗及土壤中微量元素含量有差异;各产地土壤条件均适合种植桔梗。
Objective： To study the characteristics of the trace elements in Radix Platycodon grandiflorum and the influence of trace elements in soil on the geolism of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum, Method： Using atomic absorption spectrometry, cold atomic fluorescence method and double tracts atomic fluorescence spectrometry, Results and Conclusion： The concentrations of trace elements of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum in different producing areas have differences and the soils condition of different places is suitable to plant Platycodon grandiflorum（Jacq. ）A. DC.
