摘要
本文应用F—检验法,判断我们研制的国家级标准物质—钛合金化学标准样品中铝和锡元素含量的均匀性。这两个元素的测定是采用原子吸收光谱中氧化亚氮—乙炔火焰,根据多次反复测得的结果,经数据统计处理和计算,证实该标准样品是均匀的,符合国家要求,为今后数理统计法在化学标样中的应用带来广阔的前景。
The homogeneity of aluminium and tin contents in the national standard chemical sample of ZT3 titanium alloy has been indentified by F-test. The contents of aluminium and tin elements were determined by nitrous oxide-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The experiment data were obtained repeatedly and treated statistically. The results show that our standards are homogeneous and also conformable to the national class. This investigation will open the new application of mathematical statistics in analysing the identity of chemical standard.
