Strengthen the Administrative Capacity of the Party and Construct a Harmonious Socialism Society

加强党的执政能力建设是一个意义重大的战略举措,也是一个构建、创新的系统工程。在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中,加强党的执政能力建设的主要内容可以归结为八个方面。加强党的执政能力建设,要以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以密切党和人民群众的血肉联系为核心,以促进国家的全面发展为检验标准,以提高党的干部队伍素质为关键,以健全科学的领导体制和工作机制为保证。

To strengthen the administrative capacity of the Party is a significant strategy as well as a systematic project. During this course, eight steps are considered to be the main contents of the party construction： to take the Marxism, Mao＇ Idea, Deng＇ s theory and Jiang＇s ＂Three Representatlves＂ as the guide, to enhence the intimate relation between people and the Party as the core, to promote the quality of the Party members as the criterion and to improve the working and leadership mechanics as the safeguard, etc.
