摘要
论述了当前在全球经济一体化和科技飞速发展的背景下的可持续消费和循环经济问题,提出了可持续消费是发展循环经济的内在动力的论断。
The paper explicates the problem of the sustainable consumption and recycle economy from the background of the global economic integration and the rapid development about science and technology in the present,bringing up the deduction that the sustainable consumption is the interior motive force of the recycle economy development.
